Darcy Searl co-founded Financial Consultants Group in 1996, establishing the firm as a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). She began her financial services career in 1980 and later managed multiple Atlanta branch offices for Fidelity Investments before transitioning from commission-based licensing (Series 7, 8, 63, and 65) to a fee-only fiduciary practice. In her role as Emeritus Advisor, she continues to advise the firm's leadership and focuses her community work on guiding women through major financial transitions, including divorce and widowhood.
