David Fountain is president of Fountain Wealth Partners, a boutique, fee-only wealth management firm serving successful executives, business owners, and retirees seeking clarity, confidence, and thoughtful long-term financial guidance.


With more than 30 years of experience as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, David has built his practice on a simple principle: wealth is not just about accumulation—it is about alignment, purpose, and disciplined decision-making over time. His clients rely on him not only for financial expertise, but also for thoughtful guidance through life’s most significant transitions.


David specializes in comprehensive wealth planning, including retirement income strategies, tax-efficient investing, estate and legacy planning, and multigenerational wealth transfer. He works closely with clients to simplify complexity, coordinate the many aspects of their financial lives, and provide a highly personalized planning experience.


Under David’s leadership, Fountain Wealth Partners has grown into a trusted advisory firm serving families with substantial assets who value long-term relationships built on transparency, fiduciary responsibility, and proactive advice.


Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, David established his practice in Georgia more than two decades ago and continues to serve clients throughout the Southeast.


Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife Kimberly and family, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle that includes golf, tennis, and the outdoors. He and his wife value being part of a vibrant community and the meaningful relationships they have built there.


David is also committed to giving back and has served in leadership and board roles with nonprofit and community organizations throughout North Georgia. He remains actively involved in his faith and local community.
