Darcy Searl co-founded Financial Consultants Group in 1996 and was instrumental in registering the firm as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), helping establish its long-standing commitment to fiduciary excellence. With more than four decades in the financial services industry, she began her career in 1980 and held senior leadership roles, including Registered Representative and Branch Manager with Fidelity Investments, ultimately managing multiple offices in the Atlanta market.
Throughout her career, Darcy formerly held Series 7, 8 (Principal), 63, and 65 registrations before transitioning to a fully fee-only fiduciary advisory role — a move that reflects the client-first philosophy upon which FCG was built. She has developed enduring client relationships grounded in trust, integrity, and long-term stewardship.
Darcy is especially passionate about educating and empowering women, frequently speaking to women’s groups and guiding those navigating financial transitions such as divorce or widowhood with clarity and compassion.
