He brings extensive experience in performance analytics, infrastructure development, and process optimization. Seth has led the design and implementation of advanced tracking and reporting systems that enhance efficiency, strengthen accountability, and support scalable growth within advisory firms.
Seth began his professional career after earning a degree in Psychology from Marshall University — a foundation that shaped his belief that financial services should be grounded in trust, clarity, and long-term relationships. He transitioned into the financial and wealth management industry in 2008 and has since developed deep expertise in operational leadership and strategic systems design.
After serving as Branch Manager with a major national bank, Seth moved into an entrepreneurial advisory environment, where he spent nine years as Executive Director of Operations helping scale a startup financial services firm into a nationally recognized independent advisory practice. Throughout his career, he has focused on building structured, client-centered systems that balance operational precision with relationship-driven service.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Seth values faith, family, and community engagement. He and his wife, along with their three children, remain actively involved in their church and dedicate time to mentoring local teenagers — reflecting their shared commitment to service and leadership.
